Living Water Update

Hello Calvary Chapel Living Water. It's been a while since our last video, and that is because summer is a very busy time for us, and very full season of ministry. That being said, even though the video will cover most of this information, I thought I would give you the highlights.

We started this summer with a boys camp, we sent several of our more rugged leaders and 20 teenage boys to fend for themselves. They waded through waist deep water, carrying their supplies above them, to get to an island outside the city. They spent a weeks catching fish and learning to be men and to survive, while learning more about the Word of God. We had a few that even came to Christ for the first time. After that we had 2 summer camps one for high school and one for college students. Each of them had roughly 100 students. These camps are designed for Christians to bring their unsaved classmates and friends to. At the teen camp we had 40 campers respond to the gospel, and at the university camp we had 15. We sent a team to the Carpathian Mountain region to work with the gypsies. We delivered supplies and ran a day camp for the kids, while providing them meals. For many kids this was the only time they ate during the day. We had dozens of kids respond to the gospel. Which means that the Lord did miracles this summer as over 100 young people cam to know their savior. The local gypsy church has doubled it's (adult) attendance in the last 2 years of our trips as a direct result of our work with the children. You can hardly find a seat. A good problem to have!

We love you all, and we miss you, but we plan to be in the States for the Christmas holidays. So we are excited to share everything with you in person, and to have you continue ti cover us and out ministry with prayer.
